1. Ensuring all supervisors are trained as Competent Persons, and each employee receives relevant and meaningful OSHA 10 hour training;
2. Employing a professional Safety and Health Firm to audit project jobsites and evaluate the effectiveness in the overall safety program;
3. Development of a transitional work program to assist employees return to work safely in the event of any unforeseen injury; and
4. Developing a drug free workplace recognized by the Ohio BWC to ensure a safer work environment for all employees.
The success of the program is measured in zero recordable injuries in the past two years, the highest worker compensation discount available through the BWC, and zero citations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in spite of three inspections over the past two years
