Christian came out because my air conditioner stopped working after another hvac company serviced my furnace. Christian asked if he can visit and see the unit on his way to work. I asked him for an estimate for a new unit and he diagnosed the AC issue and solved it. The other company told me that I had to replace my AC ($4500). Christian did not want to be paid but simply to consider his company for future. Thank you, Christian for honest work.

Three years ago I was paying over $500 a month for January, February and sometimes March. To make matters worse it was still cold. I called Westland Heating and Cooling as I had heard good things about them. A Jeff Mitchell came out and did an evaluation. I thought because the home was only 15 years old that I had a current unit. I was wrong!
Jeff explained to me so I could understand, what my old system was doing and what a new system could do. What a difference 15 years can make with technology. I am now paying less than $300 for those months and I am warm. In five years the unit will have paid for itself. Thank you Westland Heating and Cooling.

We needed a new air conditioner. They for one which fit the sleeve of our old air conditioner. They did a very good job, as I needed to get a new air conditioner in before my husband got out of the hospital.

Both time the A/C was "out of service". We called the contractor we bought the A/C from and was told it would be a week before they could respond. Temp was in the mid 80's. Called Westland A/C & Heating and a service man was out in a couple of hours. After such quick service we signed contract for A/C and furnace inspections. This was three years ago.
