Westland Heating & Air Conditioning Names Sean Rusnak Service Manager
Westlake, OH. – August 25th, 2020 – Westland Heating and Air Conditioning, a family-owned and operated HVAC company has promoted Sean Rusnak to Service Manager.
Sean has been an employee at Westland HVAC since 2003. He learned the trade early on at the Lorain County JVS and has been working in the HVAC industry ever since he graduated high school.
In his previous role as Senior Lead Technician for Westland, Sean was spending his days working on some of the most sophisticated HVAC equipment in the industry. Sean is factory and field trained to work on all types of heating and cooling equipment including pool dehumidification equipment, boilers, variable refrigerant flow systems, refrigeration equipment, process chillers, and cooling towers just to name a few. Along with working in the field, Sean coached team members through problems by offering his wealth of HVAC knowledge to help the team work through the challenges they faced while out on jobs.
